A sparkling dry wine with an acid flavor that evokes vanilla and sweet fruits, it leaves a tingling sensation on the sides of your tongue. Lots of alcohol and gormless in the end.
Vi de la terra de Castella
A dark and exciting wine reminiscent of generic sweet berries, dark fruit, and herbs. Easy to drink and excellent for a steak. Much better than the more expensive hifalutin wines.

2000 Campo Viejo Rioja Gran Reserva Cabarnet Sauvignon
Decent dark and black fruit, slightly sour to my taste and a bitter finish that I found off-putting. Very deep ruby color. To improve its flavor I’d suggest allowing it to breath for at least an hour before serving.
