Poor Shiraz, alone amongst the Cabernets must feel trapped like Odysseus between Scylla and Charybdis, ha ha ha. It was actually pretty good.

A strong body with an aftertaste of berries, only drink if cheap.
Sarmientos de Tarapacá Sauvignon Blanc
A sparkling dry wine with an acid flavor that evokes vanilla and sweet fruits, it leaves a tingling sensation on the sides of your tongue. Lots of alcohol and gormless in the end.
